These
machines are mounted on tanks and
are used for dispersing of paints,
inks, coatings, pharmaceuticals,
chemicals etc. The unit is fitted
with cowless disperser blades which
are highly effective for dispersing
materials in short intervals. Rotor
& stator dispensing heads can
also be provided for tough to disperse
materials. These mixers are highly
effective when used as pre mixers
prior to milling in media mills.

PIPE LINE DE LUMPERS
|
A highly usefull
machine for inline breaking up of
lumps & solids. These units
can be fitted on the pipe line itself
to prevent choking or for breaking
up of the lumps, prior to drying,
filtering or centrifuge process.
The unit rectifies flow properties
of sludges, slurries and solid ladden
systems. It is easy to install in
liquid, pneumatic or gravity system
by means of the ASA 150 flange provided.
Materials such as industrial waste,
pulp, polymers, waxes, sticky abrasive
or high moisture content solids
can be processed in these units.
