Coconut shell
considered a waste by
product after extraction
of its kernel, oil and
husk is now put to good
use by a simple semi
automatic process developed

shells after being dehusked
and separated from the
kernel is crushed powered
separated to a fine
mesh as required in
large quantities by
the Plastic Processing
and Mosquito Coil manufacturing
industries. Shell power
has excellent quantities
and its use is ever
increasing with rapid
industrialisation. S.F.

Carbon is a pure form
of Carbon manufactured
from sawdust and
charcoal which helps
in the green revolution.
Its use as a absorbing
agent for solids, gases
as well as for purifying
water is well known.
However its most important
use as a catalyst for
absorbing harmful inorganic
compounds from
effluent discharges
of chemical, pesticide
and drug industries
is yet to be exploited.
This is due to its high
raw material and processing
costs. We at S.F. offer
a unique process to
bring down the cost
of Activates Carbon
by processing materials
of high organic
compound and low calorfic

Introduction:
Welding
plays an important
role in the growth
of the gross national
product of any industrial
economy. Welding is
one of the means by
which growth can be
achieved in fields
as diverse as power,
fertilizers, industrial
machinery, water and
gas pipelines and
on thermal nuclear
and hydro electric
power generation.
The percentage of
welding by the automatic
processis in the range
of 45-50% in Europe,
USA and Japan. While
in India and other
developing countries
it is only in the
range of 4-6% while
96% is done by the
manual power source.
This makes it cheap
and economical for
applications where
automation is not
required.
